Hit comedy The Inbetweeners Movie will be released in the US this September.
The film, released in the UK last year, became one of the highest-grossing British comedy movies of all time.
Following the successful screening of the TV series on BBC America, it has been announced that Wrekin Hill Entertainment will bring the newly-named The Inbetweeners to cinemas across the US on September 7.
The Playlist revealed a new poster for the film with the tagline 'Out of school. Out of the country. Out of their league'.
Creators Iain Morris and Damon Beesley said of the announcement: "We're delighted that our film is being released by Wrekin Hill in the US, and hope that in the year of the Jubilee and Olympics it can go some way towards restoring a balanced view of the British.
"In the UK, [The Inbetweeners Movie] spent as long at the top of the box office as the final Harry Potter film," the pair continued, "And we will be delighted if Americans take these four other British teenagers to their hearts in the same way."
Chris Ball, head of Wrekin Hill Entertainment, added: "We think American audiences will be equally charmed and 'offended' by this film."
