J.J. Abrams has spoken out about the series finale of Fox series Fringe.
The executive producer of the sci-fi show told delegates at the TCA winter press tour that the series finale will be 'incredibly emotional'.
"It will be great," Abrams promised reporters at the event in Pasadena on Sunday (January 6).
Although Abrams revealed that although he has yet to watch the final instalment, he has read the script.
"I mean, the script is unbelievable. I think it will be incredibly emotional," Abrams continued, adding: "If it's not satisfying, I don't know what satisfying is."
The final episode of Fringe will air on Fox on Friday, January 18, and will be simulcast on Sky1 in the UK at 1.10am on Saturday, January 19.
