Adam Lambert and Chris Daughtry will perform on a special edition of American Idol next month.
American Idol's March 15 instalment will feature former contestants returning to the series to promote their latest albums, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Lambert and Daughtry will be joined by season 10 rocker James Durbin and country music sensation Lauren Alaina, who finished as runner-up in 2011.
Daughtry will unveil his new single 'Outta My Head', which features on his US top ten album Break The Spell.
Last night's American Idol episode saw the Top 13 boys perform on the first live show of the season. The girls will get their chance to shine on tonight's show.
