'The Voice' for two live shows a week from April, 'AGT' premiere set
NBC has announced that The Voice will gain an extra live show each week from April, while America's Got Talent will premiere in May.
The talent show - which began its battle rounds earlier this week - will air live on Mondays and Tuesdays from April 2.
Monday episodes will be a two-hour show at 8pm, while Tuesdays will be a one-hour elimination special.
The Voice's final live show will air on Monday, May 7, with the winner being announced during a two-hour special finale the following day.
Meanwhile, America's Got Talent - with new judge DJ Howard Stern - will premiere the following week on May 14, with two-hour episodes on both Monday and Tuesday.
The reality show will then return to its usual one-hour slot on Mondays and Tuesdays the week after.
From April 3, NBC's Tuesday lineup will be The Biggest Loser at 8pm, followed by The Voice at 9pm, and Fashion Star at 10pm, which will premiere on March 13.
