Cheryl Cole admits to watching 'Geordie Shore': 'It's fascinating'
Cheryl Cole has confessed that controversial MTV reality show Geordie Shore is her TV "guilty pleasure".
The Geordie popstar claimed that she even sometimes watched the show to help her get to sleep because she likes the familiar North-East accents.
Speaking to Chris Moyles's Radio 1 show, the 'Call My Name' singer said: "I watch it. Honest to God it's like unbelievable viewing.
"It's addictive. Charlotte is my favourite. It's fascinating... You can't not watch though. It's a guilty pleasure."
She continued: "I Sky+ them. Geordie Shore, when I watch that it makes me feel like I have familiar accents and I can go to sleep. Is that weird?"
Moyles teased Cole about potentially appearing on the show, joking: "It would be interesting to put you in that house and see how long it took you to go back to Geordie girl, proper Geordie girl, sweat pants, eating a bowl of cornflakes in the morning going, 'I hate her, I absolutely hate her'."
Cole replied: "I was just doing that this morning Chris, in my sweat pants and a bowl of cornflakes. Going to the supermarket in your pyjamas and all that."
