Tyra Banks has spoken out about the recent trio of departures from America's Next Top Model.
It was announced last week that Jay Manuel, Nigel Barker and J Alexander would not be returning for the show's next cycle. All three have been mainstays on the show since it began.
Speaking to Access Hollywood, Banks said: "We reached a point where we feel the show needs a new boost.
"It's very difficult because I love my guys, they're my guys. They've been there since the beginning of the show."
Following the announcement, Banks posted a message on her Facebook page thanking the trio for their work on the show.
She wrote: "To my Nigel Barker, Miss J, and Mr Jay: Thank you for all of our years together on America's Next Top Model!
"Working with you is always an absolute pleasure. Excited for what the future holds for us. XOXO, TyTy."
Nigel Barker has since suggested that it will be difficult to find a replacement for him on the show.
