'Cougar Town' to move from ABC to TBS?
Cougar Town may move networks for its fourth season according to reports.
The Courteney Cox-led comedy eventually began airing its current third season in February, and it is yet to be confirmed that it is returning for a fourth run on ABC.
TBS has reportedly held talks with ABC for a possible purchase if the network were not to renew it, reports Deadline.
"Should the show become available, TEN looks at all opportunities presented to us that fit our brand," said a representative for TBS's parent company Turner Entertainment Networks.
Cougar Town saw its post-Modern Family slot taken away this season, before being placed on Tuesdays at 8.30pm after Work It was cancelled. The third season's order of episodes was also reduced.
Creator Bill Lawrence previously saw his show Scrubs moved from NBC to ABC for its final two seasons.
The show's Dan Byrd recently signed up for Louis CK's upcoming CBS pilot.
