Lopez judges alongside Tyler and Randy Jackson on the long-running Fox reality show, and rumours emerged earlier this month that she would be leaving.
The 42-year-old actress and singer recently revealed that she is not sure of her future on the show, and now fellow judge Steven Tyler has confirmed that Lopez is still yet to make a decision.
He told TMZ reporters: "I asked her the other night on stage, I said, 'Are you coming back?' She said 'I don't know!'"
When asked who he thought should replace Lopez if she should finally decide to leave, Tyler said the new judge would have to be "someone that's into music".
