Simon Cowell hires 'Made In Chelsea' producer for 'Got Talent'
Simon Cowell has hired a Made In Chelsea producer to help make changes to this year's Britain's Got Talent.
Cowell and ITV1 have signed Sharon Mills to help shake up the production of the hit talent contest.
According to the Daily Star, Mills will be in charge of catching the "bitching, bickering and flirting" backstage and making sure all the "fireworks and tantrums and romance" is caught on camera.
"Britain's Got Talent has the most variety, from animals to circus acts and fire-eaters," a source told the newspaper.
"Simon wants to give viewers a bigger insight into what happens backstage with them all. With Sharon's track record in reality TV on E4, she's perfect for the job."
Judges Cowell, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon were at auditions in Cardiff over the weekend and will be filming in London from Monday, February 6.
Britain's Got Talent will return to ITV1 in the spring.
