Lorraine Kelly has revealed the full extent of her recent horse-riding accident.
The presenter lost three pints of blood and needed a transfusion after a horse "stamped on" her back in February.
Kelly called into her ITV Breakfast show Lorraine, currently being hosted by stand-in Nadia Sawalha, to inform viewers of her recovery.
"I tried a jump and wasn't experienced enough to get the horse to do it," she said.

Kelly, who has vowed to return to Lorraine as soon as possible, had been training for an event in aid of Sarah Brown's charity PiggyBankKids.
