Would you expect anything less than the best for Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) at her upcoming wedding?
Word from "Gossip Girl" EP Josh Safran is the future princess will be wearing an outfit from the dressmaker to the stars at her on-camera wedding. That's right, she'll be sporting a Vera Wang.
At a party celebrating the 100th episode of the series, Safran let this information slip saying, "The dress is beautiful. I'm not sure if I'm suppose to say it, but it's Vera Wang...it's amazing."
Roxanne Mesquida, who plays Louis' sister Beatrice, agreed.
"I'd wear that dress it's very classy and elegant," Mesquida says. When asked for additional wedding details, specifically if she's going to be a bridesmaid, she declined to comment. Given the contentious relationship between Beatrice and Blair, this shouldn't be surprise.
Wang's wedding dresses are a favorite of the celebrity set. A-Listers including Jennifer Lopez, Kate Hudson and Kim Kardashian have all worn Vera Wang at their nuptials. Of course all of these have ended in divorce. Hope Blair has better luck.
