"The Muppet Movie" comes out on November 23rd, reminding generations of people why they love Jim Henson's creations. NBC is capitalizing on that by announcing that they've closed a script deal for a brand new puppet-human hybrid family comedy with the Jim Henson Co.
"The New Nabors" is a comedy about the challenges that develop when a human family lives next door to a family of puppets. Feature writer John Hoffman (Fox 2000′s "Afterlife") and "30 Rock" executive producer John Riggi will write the script for "The New Nabors" which they developed with Lisa Henson and The Jim Henson Co.
