'Mad Men' star Jon Hamm 'knows exactly how show will end'
Mad Men star Jon Hamm has dropped more hints about the fifth season.
The '60s-set period drama will return later this month with two-hour premiere 'A Little Kiss'.
"It's every man for himself [in season five]," Hamm told Vulture. "That's obviously not gender-specific. Everybody is acting in their own self-interest, and that creates some pretty good dramatic tension."
He added: "It's a world that's consistently in a state of flux. There are things done [this season] that can't be undone."
The actor also revealed that he knows "exactly" how Mad Men will end, at the conclusion of the show's seventh season.
"I think [creator] Matt [Weiner] has a very clear, very beautiful ending for this story, and I look forward to telling that story and arriving at that ending," he said.
Hamm recently criticised the "billionaires" he believed to be responsible for the 18-month gap between Mad Men's fourth and fifth seasons.
The show returns to AMC in the US on March 25 and will air in the UK two days later on Sky Atlantic.
