The title of Tim Allen's latest sitcom "Last Man Standing" is starting to look pretty prophetic.
Allen's ABC comedy is going through a casting overhaul, following "Rules of Engagement" executive producer Tim Doyle coming aboard as showrunner in June, the network told TheWrap.
The role of Kristin, the eldest daughter of Allen's Mike Baxter character, has been recast, with "Grey's Anatomy" alum Amanda Fuller taking the role over from Alexandra Krosney. Kristin's son, Boyd, will also have a new face to go with the character, with newcomer Flynn Morrison stepping into the role, which was played by twin toddlers Luke and Evan Kruntchev during the series' first season.
In addition, the show is looking for a new actor to play Ryan, Boyd's father. The part was played on a recurring basis during the series' first season by Jonas Brothers singer Nick Jonas, who recently revealed that he is in the running for a spot on the judges' panel of "American Idol."
"Last Man Standing" premieres its second season Friday, Nov. 2 at 8 p.m.
