David Zayas has landed a role in NBC drama Grimm.
The Dexter star will play a monstrous creature on the supernatural series, according to TVLine.
A troll-like creature known as a Hasslich, Zayas's character Sal Burrel will appear in the show's 19th episode.
Zayas - best known for playing Angel Batista on Showtime's Dexter - recently appeared on CBS thriller Person of Interest and also played the villain in 2010 action film The Expendables.
His Grimm episode 'Leave it to the Beavers' will air in the spring.
True Blood star Jessica Tuck also recently signed up for a guest role on Grimm. The actress will portray the mother of Claire Coffee's character Adalind.
Grimm airs on Fridays at 9pm on NBC in the US. In the UK. the show airs on Mondays at 9pm on Watch.
