Holly Willoughby will present BBC One's talent show 'The Voice'.

The 'This Morning' co-host - who sensationally quit her role on ITV 1's 'Dancing On Ice' yesterday (18.11.11) and was replaced by Christine Bleakley - decided to take on the new show, which sees hopefuls perform for the judges without them seeing their face, on the BBC because she "wanted a new challenge more than money".

A source told the Daily Mirror: "Holly's new deal with the BBC will be worth around £450,000 but it is more about the show than the money, otherwise she could have stayed at ITV.

"She and the BBC hope The Voice will be the biggest show of 2012. Holly has experience hosting 'The Xtra Factor' and she was always good at talking to and comforting the contestants.

"She is very excited and can't wait to get started."

As yet, 'Pricetag' singer Jessie J is the only celebrity judge signed up to 'The Voice'.

Meanwhile, Holly took to her twitter account last night to wish new 'Dancing On Ice' presenter Christine - who will co-host the show with Phillip Schofield - well on the show.

She wrote: "Good luck to Christine Bleakley on this year's Dancing on Ice. It's a truly magical show and you will love it. I'll miss you all very much!"
