'Jersey Shore' Season 5 Trailer: Keeping Security Guards Employed Since 2009

'Jersey Shore' Season 5 Trailer: Keeping Security Guards Employed Since 2009

The MTV stars bring the fist pumps back to Seaside Heights on the upcoming season premiering Jan. 5.

Is it Seaside Heights or “Seaside Fights”? After watching the brand new trailer for MTV’s fifth season of Jersey Shore, it’s clear the city’s security guards, police, and paramedics should thank the network for job security.

The cast went straight from Italy into shooting the upcoming season, so expect to see some unresolved issues pop up. Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is still taunting Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi over his claim that they hooked up while she was dating Jionni. Robbery! And the crew makes up for lost time by hitting the shore clubs hard.

Also, every season someone has to leave the show and come back. This time, it’s a fed up Vinny Guadagnino. And while there are no scenes of Ronnie Magro and Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola breaking up, I’m sure they do at least once during the season.

Chairs are thrown, a full melee breaks out at a club, and Mike achieves another head injury since the concussion in Italy on the trailer below (courtesy of ryanseacrest.com).
