Natalie Cassidy has claimed that the public often make slurs in front of her face.
Ex-EastEnders actress Cassidy, who played Sonia Jackson in the soap, revealed that she sometimes responds to her critics.
Holding court in the Celebrity Big Brother living room, she said: "'That's the fat bird from EastEnders' - that's all I get."
She added to a visibly amused Gareth Thomas and Denise Welch: "And then I'm really bitchy and go, 'You carry on doing the job - how much do you earn?'"
Celebrity Big Brother continues tomorrow night at 9pm on Channel 5.
