Frankie Cocozza has celebrated his 19th birthday in the Celebrity Big Brother house.
Big Brother rewarded Cocozza with a monster-sized sponge birthday cake in the garden. However, there was a twist to the gift involving this week's 'Minute To Get In It' task.
Cocozza was challenged to dress up in a giant candle outfit and balance himself on the cake until Big Brother told him he could leave.
After completing the task, Cocozza and Kirk Norcross stuck their heads in the mammoth cake and then divided up the sponge for the other housemates.
Natalie Cassidy gave the controversial X Factor contestant a new lemon to play with in the house as a present.
Joking about the fact that there is only nine years of age between himself and Cassidy now, Cocozza laughed: "That's got sex written all over it."
Michael Madsen and Georgia Salpa are nominated for the next eviction, which will air on Wednesday (January 18) on Channel 5.
