Kiss to perform on 'Dancing with the Stars' Rock Week
Kiss are set to open Dancing with the Stars this week.
The band will kick off Rock Week tonight (April 9) performing 'Rock and Roll All Nite', and return on Tuesday (April 10) with 'Lick It Up'.
The show's dancers Mark Ballas, Chelsie Hightower, Henry Byalikov and Oksana Dmytrenko will perform during Kiss's Tuesday night performance.
Dancing with the Stars airs on Mondays at 8/7pm ET and Tuesdays at 9/8pm ET on ABC.
This summer, Kiss and Motley Crue will be hitting the road together for a US tour with both bands bringing their full shows to more than 40 cities including Atlanta, Dallas, Pittsburgh, Nashville and Las Vegas.
Kiss's Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley recently criticised the credibility of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for inducting non-rock acts like Madonna and Blondie.
"Who the f**k knows what other disco act is in there?" Simmons said. "It's an insult to them because they don't get to be in the 'Dance Hall of Fame', because that's what they do. They're legitimate dance, disco artists. They don't belong in rock and roll."
